Registration information for Vancouver United FC:

NOTE** - RAMP is currently having issues with Explorer 9 - please use either Firefox or Explorer 8 when registering online.

Vancouver United FC is the name of the newly formed soccer club created by the combination of the membership of Dunbar, Kerrisdale and Point Grey Soccer Clubs.   

Registration is for the upcoming 2011-12 season.
We encourage players to register in the spring, as with later registrations we cannot guarantee placement for everyone.

The age groups are based on a calendar year as follows in the table

You can register online at the link below.  Online Registration will ONLY accept credit card transactions.  If you wish to pay by cheque you must use the manual registration form, which you can download below. All cheques must be mailed in with the registration form or the registration will not be processed.

IMPORTANT (All Categories are wait-listed after July 1st - if you want to register please contact the age coordinator first) - If you are registering to be on the wait-list for your child's age group, please choose the "waitlist option" in order to complete the wait-list process on RAMP.  Once your child has been placed on a team, the Age Coordinator will contact you by email to confirm the spot.

*1  Gold team players and teams may be assessed an additional fee for cover a 2nd turf time.
*2  For each registration a parent/guardian must choose at least one of the volunteer duties listed below.  See more information below.
*3  Late registration fees apply for all registrations (except U6) after June 15, 2011
*4  Players born in 2001 and any older players new to Vancouver soccer must provide a copy of their birth certificate or passport.

Refundable Volunteer Fee:

For the 2011/12 season a $75.00 volunteer fee will be added to each registration to a maximum of $150.00 per family.  The fee is refundable and dependent on making a volunteer contribution to either the team or the club via one of the jobs listed below.  

Vancouver United FC is a volunteer based community club which relies on its members to do a basic amount for the club such as driving to and from games, providing snacks, hosting get-togethers, running lines and supporting the coaches and players. These are not considered volunteer activities.
All team officials (i.e., Coaches & Managers), Board and key volunteer positions will receive their refunds early in the season.  For all other volunteers, reimbursements will be issued throughout the season.

Refund Policy:
Registration fees are subject to a $25.00 (non-refundable) administration fee.

No Refunds will be considered after October 31, 2011 without a medical letter.

Uniform Deposit:
A refundable deposit cheque will be collected by the player’s team manager in September.
